Honestly some of the best experience I had with furniture shopping. I've been to every furniture store in the city and this is the only store that's probably helped me out the most. I never felt locked into my decision or pushed to buy something. Tammy was honest and up front about. I was unsure of a couch I wanted. They did not have it on the floor and Tammy said you know what. Let's order it in. If it you don't like it, I will refund you your money. No fees, no nothing. Every other store in town was going to charge me and that alone is what makes Ashley. Probably the go-to place to place to shop So if anybody gets a chance to shop here, definitely ask for Tammy

**UPDATE** The owner of the store has since contacted me and has given me multiple options to make it right. He was very apologetic and easy to deal with once he was aware of the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome and how promptly he had got ahold of me. I encourage anyone that has issues that haven’t been dealt with to your satisfaction to call the store and ask to speak with him directly. I have had had the worst experience buying from Ashley in Grande Prairie and will never again be buying from them. I found couches and was told they were in the warehouse and could be delivered July 7th. Called them about 1 week prior to set up delivery and they told me they were on a truck next week. They said mine was damaged but brought me the loveseat. I then called about the time my couch should have been in as my loveseat was damaged. I was informed that they would come look at my loveseat and see what they could do. I asked if my couch was almost in and they informed me they checked the day prior and it wouldn’t arrive until the middle of august. They brought me the floor model because I had made such a fuss and have older grandparents that need a comfortable place to sit. I have now called today and asked on an update to be told it’s looking like the 3rd week in August. I asked if it was guaranteed then which I got told no they have no control over that. I mentioned I would call head office. I spent most the morning on the phone with Ashley head office phone numbers only to find out they are privately owned and there is nothing anyone can do besides that store. Was also talking to another friend that had issues that was told 2 weeks for her couch to come in which turned into 6 months so I’m not holding my breath on my couch arriving anytime soon. Save yourself a headache and buy from another store if you don’t want a complete headache and run around.

After shopping around online all day for the couch we wanted we called the store and spoke to Tammy who was not only knowledgeable on the product but made the experience of ordering quick and painless. I had the chance to work with Amber to purchase our new sectional. It took 3 months longer than anticipated to receive our furniture, however the staff was always quick to work with me and accomodate my delivery needs. Very friendly staff to deal with and the furntiure arrived in perfect condition! The delivery drivers are super friendly, respectful and quick!
